The Agency’s mission is to provide professional and paraprofessional services to clients in their homes assisting them to achieve the highest level of potential in their day-to- day self-care activities. We are committed to providing high quality, multidisciplinary care by professionals who recognize the need for comprehensive assessment of needs from both the client and professional’s point of view.

We provides services that enable seniors and disabled individuals to remain at home safely and independently. We have been in business for the past seven years in Virginia. Our agency was created in 2012 and incorporated in Burke, VA 22015. We are currently located in Springfield, VA.
We are approved for Virginia DD/IR Medicaid Waiver as well as Commonwealth Coordinated Care (CCC) Plus, Personal Care, Companion Care, and Respite Care. Our agency currently provides services for Personal Care, Companion Care, and Respite Care, as well as Virginia DD/IR Medicaid Waivers and the Commonwealth Coordinated Care (CCC) Plus. In the very near future, we will also be offering Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy through registered nurses and licensed therapists respectively. We do accept the following insurance Medicaid, United Healthcare Community Plan, Optima Community Health, and Aetna Better Health of Virginia.
